Join us for this dessert making class with whole food plant-based SOS-free master bakers and chefs Deborah and Jason DeSalvo.
Join Deborah and Jason on their organic, regenerative farm in Oldwick, NJ where you’ll learn some of the secrets of working with whole grain flour, grown right on Cold Brook Farm and freshly milled during class. Learn how to craft delicious, sweet treats that are nutritious and tasty. Deborah and Jason will demonstrate a few recipes that you can then take home and prepare on your own. There will be plenty of tasting along the way.
You’ll walk away from this healthy culinary adventure with newfound confidence and will be able to craft desserts that will satisfy that desire for something sweet.
