What to do with all that gorgeous Ethos harvest? It’s Friday. Gather your friends and family and join us as we create a delicious meal, chopping, blending, and cooking.
Our Farm Table Cook & Dine class is an immersive culinary experience that highlights the journey of food from farm to plate. Participants learn to create delicious dishes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients directly from Ethos Farm. Through hands-on cooking sessions, you will gain an understanding of seasonal cooking. Learn to use herbs and spices to create inspired dishes with whole plant foods to boost your health and well-being. It’s a unique opportunity to connect with the land, the food, and the community while honing culinary skills and embracing a healthier, more conscious approach to eating.
