It’s peak tomato season, and there’s no better place to experience their rich, sun-ripened flavor than right here in New Jersey. Our unique blend of soil, humidity, and temperature makes NJ tomatoes some of the most flavorful in the country—and at Ethos, we’re proud to offer a variety of heirloom tomatoes bursting with color and taste.
In this month’s Farm to Table, we’re celebrating tomatoes with a vibrant summer menu:
